Dear Boss Ladies of HR,

Here are 3 things that you need to KNOW or rather NO...

1st: Know when to say NO

• Saying NO is not about disappointing others, it is about setting boundaries for what you have the capacity for or creating a space for you to make choices on what YOU want to do.

• Saying NO can be uncomfortable, but I promise when you say NO more often it actually becomes easier with each and every time that you say it.

2nd: Know your worth

• NO longer simply accept the 1st offer thrown your way because you are afraid if you negotiate you will lose the opportunity.   Negotiation is one of the steps when climbing the corporate ladder of success.  Remember, the only thing that someone can do is say NO to your request.  If they offered you the position or opportunity, trust that they still want you.

• NO more going into your annual performance afraid to SHOUT OUT the list of amazing things that you did the previous year that make you a BOSS!  If you don't shout yourself out - then who will?  This is your time to shine and show your manager why they hired you, but more importantly why you deserve a raise...or even a promotion!

3rd: Know that being a BOSS is NO big deal.  It’s simply

• Outstanding at

• Something

• Simple
